Our real estate agent has been truly amazing. Very professional and highly knowledgeable with the properties that he handles. We bought a condo unit at st. Pete as one of our property investments, because of Shawn Dunn, we had it rented in two months and now starting to get our money back slowly. He was very responsive and honest with his opinions. Definitely, highly recommended!!! Hopefully going to close another condo deals with him in 6 month period.
